1. Introduction

2. Services
PLUMBINDIA provides complete plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage, and pipeline installation and maintenance services for residential, commercial, hotel, resort, and building projects. All work is executed based on mutually agreed project specifications.
3. Quotations
All price estimates, scope outlines, and quotations provided by PLUMBINDIA are subject to site inspection, material cost variations, project scope adjustments, and final written or verbal approval prior to work commencement.
4. Materials
For contracts executed on a “With Material” basis, PLUMBINDIA sources pipes, fittings, and sanitary hardware from established manufacturers according to project specifications. For “Labour Only” contracts, the client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, fittings, and accessories on site in a timely manner.
5. Labour
Our plumbing technicians and supervisors carry out work in a professional and diligent manner adhering to standard trade practices. Working hours on site typically align with standard operational hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), unless special arrangements are made for emergency or night shift works.
6. Project Scope & Changes to Work
Any modification, addition, or structural deviation requested by the client after work has commenced will be evaluated for impact on cost and timeline. Additional charges may apply for expanded scope beyond the original quotation.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms, milestone payments, or advance requirements will be communicated prior to execution. Payments must be settled according to agreed schedules upon completion of designated project phases or final handover.
8. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities
The client shall ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the work area, as well as necessary utility connections (water and power) required during plumbing installation and testing.
9. Delays & Third-Party Materials
PLUMBINDIA shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, adverse weather, client material supply shortages, or structural delays caused by third-party civil contractors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLUMBINDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural defects, uninspected legacy piping, or client misuse of sanitary infrastructure.
